What a turnout last week! 👟✨

Huge thank you to everyone who came out with Mental Health America of Greater Houston x Rise Runners Sugar Land x Bling for Bravery! Y’all showed up, logged your miles, shopped till you dropped, and had a great time learning about some incredible organizations doing amazing work in our community. 💚

Tonight, we’re doing it all over again with our friends from topo for a demo run! Join us for a jaunt around the lake, take a pair of shoes out for a spin, and see how they feel on the road. Then stick around for our post-run social hour because the miles don’t have to end when the run does! 🙌

Tonight, we’re welcoming our friends from Mental Health America of Greater Houston x Rise Runners Sugar Land x Bling for Bravery for another night of miles, community, and giving back. 🏃‍♀️💚

Looking for a group to train with or simply want to meet some fellow runners? Rise Runners Sugar Land has weekly meetups open to everyone and all paces, so make sure to stop by and come learn more tonight!

💛 Have medals you no longer need? Bring them with you and donate them to Bling for Bravery to support Snowdrop Foundation and pediatric cancer patients.

We had an awesome time last Wednesday! Ready to run it back? 👟⚡️

A huge thank you to adidas Running and Sugar Land Animal Services for joining us! We loved getting to put those shoes to the test, taking them out for a spin around the lake, and learning more about how we can support and get involved with the incredible work that’s happening in our community. 🐾💙

Tonight, we’re taking a moment to run in remembrance. Join us for our 9/11 Remembrance Run with our friends from Nike Running. We’ll have demo shoes available to try, so come early, grab your size, and join us for an evening of miles, reflection, and community as we honor and remember those lost on that fateful day.

Another runderful Wednesday is here! 👟✨

Last week was a whole vibe! Huge shoutout to PUMA Running for joining us and letting us put those shoes to the test; they definitely helped make the miles fly by! 🐆💨

And tonight, we’re doing it all over again! Our friends from JETSET Pilates Sugar Land are joining us, so come say hello, get your midweek miles in, and stick around for some good conversation and even better company. 🏃‍♀️💙

Keep in mind these summer temps are still bringing the heat! Make sure you drink water throughout the day and bring a hydration bottle with you for the run. Take it easy, listen to your body, and let’s keep those miles fun and safe! 💦☀️

Huge shoutout to Chelsea Ngo | Sports Physical Therapist for joining us and sharing all the good stuff on injury prevention, recovery, and performance improvement. And a big thanks to Alani Nu for helping us cool down and recover after those humid miles — those drinks definitely hit the spot! 🙌

Tonight, we’re kicking it up a notch with PUMA Running! Join us for another evening of miles, camaraderie, and some seriously awesome demo shoes featuring the Deviate Pure NITRO and Deviate NITRO 4. 👟💨

Make sure to arrive early, grab your size, and get ready to take them out for a spin!
