The price gouging at our local BLACK establishments has got to stop, it’s beyond ridiculous! I arrived at 6:21 pm and I was informed that there would be a $10 cover for a band that doesn’t arrive until 8:00 pm?! Additionally, 18% gratuity on checks $100 or more when it’s nearly impossible to flag down a waitress/waiter.
The money isn’t the issue but the service doesn’t align with the unnecessary surcharges.
Tag your local black establishments where you’ve experienced price gouging 🙄
