Smoker maintenance tip: Lubricating hinges- spray hinges at least once a month, or at least a week before you use it. It the hinge is stuck, don't force it. Spray it with a food grade lubricant, such as Pam, and allow it to soak in for 10 minutes before opening it. Proper maintenance of hinges will increase longevity of your pit for years to come! Custom built and built to last!
