Some tips tricks and pointers to make things easier for your shopping experience!!! ❤️ Also b sure to visit the rules section that gives u a general rundown!!

The 🔍 at the top of the page if you type your name in it will bring up every post that you have commented on or been tagged in including your totals post!! Makes it easier for you to find your totals and know what you are purchasing and commenting on!!

You are responsible for knowing what you purchase and what you spend I do not always have my book with me I cannot always look it up for you right then!!

Always check the comment section where things are updated so you will know if it's sold out or not or how many is still available!!

I write things down during the sale and sometimes after so if your comment is liked by myself my husband or one of my moderators it is probably been wrote down if it is not liked and no one replies to you it is most likely sold out!!!

There is no comments taken after sale closes i Post every sale what time it closes no comments are wrote down after that time so u may think u got items that u actually didn't because sale was already closed!! 😞

There is NO deleting of comments if you need to change something you need to ask first as I said I write things down as we are selling items if you delete the comment and I don't know it it stays in my book you still get charged for it!! I AM SUPER EASY TO GET ALONG WITH ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS ASK AND WE WILL MOST LIKELY LET YOU MAKE THE CHANGES OR PU ARRANGEMENTS COMMUNICATION IS 🔑!!!

AND LASTLY ONCE YOU COMMENT WANT... IT IS YOURS THERE IS NO GOING BACK AND SAYING SOMEONE ELSE CAN HAVE IT OR U WANNA PASS UNLESS IT HASNT BEEN WROTE DOWN YET OR IT'S YOURS!! BE SURE U LOOK BEFORE YOU COMMENT THERE IS NO SWAPPING ITEMS!!

FOR LOCAL PORCH PU IF U WANT TO SET UP A SPECIFIC PU DAY EACH WEEK FOR SALES PICK UPS THAT IS PERFECRLY FINE GET WITH ME AND WE WILL SET THAT UP !!!

Please do have consideration for others when commenting want all if u r a reseller good people miss out on good deals because of that and that's not cool! 😕

Self promotion, spam and irrelevant link aren’t allowed. This is a group for our personal sales page not community yard sale group.

2 payment is due within 24hrs of totals post .
Payment arrangements is b made with 24hrs of the totals post!!! If you can comment on the item you can txt for pick up arrangements if you haven’t contacted me within 24hr of total post to arranged pu and payment I will moved next in line or delete your comment and leave it up for sale. And also getting you a strike ! Towards removal!

3. No show on payment / pick up will not be tolerated!!
No show is a no go here it’s shame on me first time -20days suspension and shame on you the 2nd time bc yu will be removed. I don’t like wasting my time . Porch pick ups within 48hr of totals post or other arrangements haven’t been made with me your items will be relisted and back up for sale and also resulting in a strike towards removal!! The goal is to get it off my porch 🙂
