It's been a REALLY long time since posting but I'm still here in the background!

Couple of changes effective immediately:

1. Any organization or sports team coming to me to ask for a logo to be designed and then be put on items, will need to pay an artwork fee. This is normal procedure with any shirt designer, graphic designer, etc. I have never done this and always hesitated so I could keep my prices reasonable but, unfortunately, I have teams that have taken advantage of this. They have taken my artwork and brought it to other vendors without my consent, release or payment of the service.

2. Unless you bring an item to me for personalization, payment will be required at the time of order. I am a one person show with a full time job and family. I have always allowed payment at pickup, however, I cannot continue to order items and/or make cups/tumblers/etc then have people cancel because they didn't provide deadlines at the time of order or no show for pickup.

Please note my typical turn around is between 1-2 weeks. Shipments from wholesale vendors are continuously delayed which causes a delay for me when I'm ordering your items. With my work and family schedule, this is what works. Of course if you need something faster, message me. If I can accommodate, I will. And if I can't, I will tell you.

I'm sorry to have to implement these but a few bad apples ruin it for everyone.

🚨 Friendly reminder:

Unless you PAY for the actual design/logo you asked to be created for you AND have a release from me, you do NOT own the design.

Purchasing items with a logo doesn't grant you the rights so taking the design and replicating it (or having someone else do that for you) falls into a copyright violation.
