This week’s Friday Finishers are all about celebrating beautiful projects and the knitters who brought them to life!

First up is Cara, who finished the Perrin by Amy Christoffers using North Light Fibers Seaside. This sweater is no small feat, with eyelets, short rows, and plenty of pattern details to keep track of. Cara took on the challenge with confidence, and the result is absolutely gorgeous. Congratulations, Cara—your hard work truly paid off!

Next is Terri, who completed the Cloudbreak Tee by Wool & Pine in Madelinetosh Wool + Cotton. This seamless tee features a simple stockinette body finished with a delicate scalloped lace hem that’s both fun to knit and easy to wear. It’s the perfect everyday summer top. Beautiful work, Terri!

Last but certainly not least is Katie, who finished her very first sweater! She made the Sabai Sweater by Susanne Müller using Sueno DK Tweed. A relaxed pullover with a graceful boat neck, elegant narrow sleeves, and an easy all-stockinette construction. With no ribbing and a simple design, it’s an ideal first sweater—and Katie did a fantastic job. Congratulations on this wonderful milestone!

Looking for a light, airy summer knit? Vicki has the perfect inspiration! She knit the beautiful Horai Scarf by Hiroko Fukatsu using Rowan’s Kidsilk Haze. Although it’s called a scarf, it’s really an elegant rectangular wrap with a delicate lace pattern that truly shines up close. We love her gorgeous color choice, too!

Where will your stitching take you?

August is here, and our Wool & Grace community has been stitching everywhere—from a hospital in Houston to meet a new grandchild, to an airplane, a winery, the beach, the lake, the library, and even the backyard deck. No matter where summer takes you, we love seeing where you choose to stitch.

This week’s Friday Finishers are all about baby sweaters!

First up is Patty, who knit the Little Cables Cardigan by Florence Merlin for her youngest granddaughter, Clara. She used Knitting for Olive’s Merino in Unicorn Purple. This adorable cardigan features sweet little cables, three-buttons, and it comes in four sizes. It’s a wonderful project for adventurous beginners.

Next is Pam, who made the Coffee Bean Cardigan by Elizabeth Smith in Sueno Worsted. A favorite baby sweater at the shop. This seamless top-down raglan cardigan also comes in four sizes and is a fantastic first sweater project. Pam personalized hers by adding a few extra buttons—such a cute touch!
