It has been a busy week at LOTO so that means lots of work for all of us at Laurie Tent & Event Rental. Here’s just a small sampling of our week.
Lots of setups began as early as last week for Bikefest 2026. Big tents, small tents and all sizes in between. One setup was for Head Motor Company with a 30 x 100’ tent for their Indian motorcycle display. We setup a large tent, bleachers and 350 chairs for the Synergy MMA fight at Lazy Gators for their event Friday night. We setup for Wingfest with lots of pop tents for Wednesday evening at Level 5 with a pop up storm happening that evening. No damage luckily for us. We did an elegant setup with a big tent which included crystal chandeliers for the Prevost Rally hosted at the beautiful Denali RV Park. Did an emergency tent setup for Harley Davidson due to storm damage that occurred. Setup a wedding. All of this and many other setups this last week. Thankful for all our setup crew,, office manger, Cathy, and that all of us survived this week without too many hiccups or storm damage. Also thankful we managed to do all in almost 100 degree weather with no one getting heat related illnesses!

The Shootout VIP tented barge was looking 🔥 lined up with all the beautiful boats tied to it! What a cool place to tie up the boats and go enjoy some shade, cold drinks and food under the tent while watching the Shootout.

Setup for Shootout 38 has begun!! This is our 13th year at Laurie Tent & Event Rental setting up for the Lake of the Ozarks Shootout. Looking forward to these next 10 days of excitement!

What a diverse week it has been for the crew at Laurie Tent & Events! Setup a 100th anniversary tent for 200 people at Ozark Fisheries. Another day was spent at Ft. Leonardwood setting up tents for product showcasing. Started our day today setting up at 1932 Reserve for the Yacht Gala, then put a tent on a barge for a nice company party and finished our week with swimming and installing water trampolines. Last but not least a slip n slide and a water slide for fun weekend parties. Great week!

It’s wedding and party time! We have the dance floors you need for your upcoming wedding or party! Don’t worry we can light that floor up by adding some lighting, disco balls or chandeliers!
