We grabbed lunch from Tom’s Taste of Chicago, and babes… they understood the assignment. 👏🏼 From the first bite to the last, it was chef’s kiss perfection.

We love supporting other small businesses in our community, and today’s lunch absolutely did not disappoint. ❤️

POV Your summer job came with a strict boss, questionable pay, and unlimited lessons in responsibility. 😅☀️

Summer break has officially arrived, and that means a few extra littles have clocked in around the shop. 🤍

Now, is this where they’d choose to spend every single summer day? Probably not. 😂 But this little family business is exactly that, family. And while they’re here, we do our best to make sure they have their own space, their own tasks, and maybe a few snack breaks to survive the day. 😉

We’re teaching them something bigger than folding bags and helping around the boutique. We’re showing them what it looks like to keep showing up, work toward something you want, and stay committed even on the slow, boring days when nobody’s handing out trophies. 👏🏼

Because success isn’t built only on the exciting days, it’s built on the ordinary ones too.

So when you stop in and see our tiny employees hard at work, give them a little wave. They’re learning, growing, and earning bragging rights one ‘shift’ at a time. 😎
