♥️ And just like that she’s one month old. ♥️

This past month has been hard but also so beautiful. My own recovery took longer than I thought it would. Both mentally and physically. Nothing prepared me for how truly hard postpartum was and still is. However, having her in our lives is so worth it. It hasn’t been perfect by any means, but this new chapter of our lives is off to a pretty good start.

✨I can’t believe we are almost ready to welcome baby girl to our world. ✨

Only 8 more weeks! We already love her beyond belief and words. I feel so lucky to be able to be her mom and to share this journey with Chelsey. Will we be perfect moms? Absolutely not. But, we will do everything with love.

✨ Another something new is coming! ✨

Baby Clark is making an appearance in December! We cannot wait to add this little love to our family. All the hoping and trying has paid off and we feel so lucky that it all worked out. Chelsey has been such an amazing rock in this journey. I couldn’t have done it without her. She’s my constant and I couldn’t imagine doing this with anyone else. We’re so excited to be mamas. December can’t come soon enough.

✨ Another handmade inspired outfit. ✨

This is the last week of school for me! I am so excited to start my summer break. This year has challenged me and while I will miss my kids, I’m ready for a break.

This is one of my favorite makes I have ever made. It’s the by .crochet. I think it’s the combination of the colors and the texture. This design is just so great. I almost didn’t put the fringe on and I am so glad that I took the extra time to do it. It wouldn’t have the same effect without it.

Making some, relatively, quick makes. These reusable dish cloths are not super fast to make, but they are so meditative and relaxing. With the end of my school year next Friday (5 days, but who’s counting), I needed something that was calming to my soul.

I am planning on making sooo many of these. Some for Eclectic, but also some for my summer markets. I was able to make four last night while my wife played her video game. Just sitting next to each other on the couch, even if we’re doing separate things, is so nice. I also was able to encourage her while she was fighting the bosses along the way, which I know definitely helped her win. 😊

I’m hoping to sneak these into ._ sometime this week! I will have these colors and some others to choose from as well. These dish cloths are made of cotton and can be used over and over again. The only thing I advise people not to wash or use them for is knives..cause you know it is made of yarn and it will cut. 🤷🏼‍♀️
