These past few weeks have been a mix of WORK and the kind of PLAY that fills your soul.

We hit FOUR stadiums following the Padres as all a part of a birthday present: ⚾ Kansas City, Atlanta, Miami, and closing with a Padres home game for my actual birthday! As a bonus, we were able to check off San Francisco as #11 park off the MLB tour. Now I’m back in the workflow, grounded, grateful, and building with purpose.

There are moments in life when you can actually feel purpose settling into your bones, this trip was one of them. Over three days in Baja, we BUILT a home from bare foundation; each board and nail carrying the weight of hope for a family we came to love.

We partnered with churches from across the valley and were assigned one build: a home for a dad, a mom, and their two boys. Before they could even be considered, they had to purchase their land and apply through Baja Bound, the organization dedicated to building homes and strengthening communities. When they were approved, our team stepped into their story, not as outsiders, but as hands willing to help shape their future.

We came to build a house. We left with full hearts, new friends, and a reminder that the most meaningful work we do is the kind that lifts someone else up.

Blessed doesn’t even begin to cover it.
