We’ve been keeping a secret for a little while… but the word is officially out!

We’re extremely excited to announce our partnership with AZ Arms Depot to bring you a truly handcrafted, expertly refined, and unmistakably unique .22LR platform.

Introducing the GILA-22

A ground-up custom build based on the legendary 10/22 platform, with every detail chosen to make this something far beyond an ordinary rimfire.

* Precision hand-milled receiver featuring both Shield Maiden Defense and AZ Arms Depot branding
* Custom hand-turned barrel paired with a Faxon bolt
* Custom three-color Cerakote finish inspired by the unmistakable pattern of Arizona’s small but deadly Gila monster
* Individually hand-stenciled and finished

The GILA-22 will be produced in limited runs, with different patterns and color combinations planned for each release. Because every Cerakote pattern is laid out and stenciled by hand, no two rifles will ever be exactly alike.

This isn’t meant to be another off-the-shelf 10/22. It’s a functional, handcrafted firearm built to shoot—and to look damn good as the centerpiece of your collection.

Basic gun colors can get a little boring. Cerakote FX adds colored flake over a base color, giving the finish an extra pop without going over the top.
