We want to give a special shoutout to Maddie as she graduates from Traverse City West and prepares for her next chapter in aviation.

Many of our customers have watched Maddie grow up right here in the boutique. From playing dress-up in consignment treasures as a little girl to becoming the kind, thoughtful, and hardworking young woman she is today, she has grown up alongside The Roost.

What many people may not know is that Maddie and her brother were part of the inspiration behind starting The Roost. Beyond loving the environment, reusing to reduce, and keeping resources within our local community, Charlette wanted to create a business where she could work while raising her children by her side.

Watching Maddie grow over the years has been one of the most special parts of this journey, and we couldn't be more proud of all she has accomplished.
