Fun morning in Swarthmore celebrating the 4th with our amazing community! Congrats to Terry and Kristen Heart & Soul'd for receiving the well deserved rotaryclubswarthmore Vocational Service Award and to daksha nair from π»π‘Žπ‘Ÿπ‘£π‘’π‘¦ π‘‚π‘Žπ‘˜ π‘€π‘’π‘Ÿπ‘π‘Žπ‘›π‘‘π‘–π‘™π‘’ receiving the Lion’s Club Student of the Year Award. I didn’t get photos of the fabulous dance show led by Bethany Bethany Formica because I was too busy clapping and dancing along! Thank you to grace🌷 for keeping to shop open for people to cool off and grab some cold water. Happy 4th everyone!

π»π‘Žπ‘Ÿπ‘£π‘’π‘¦ π‘‚π‘Žπ‘˜ π‘€π‘’π‘Ÿπ‘π‘Žπ‘›π‘‘π‘–π‘™π‘’ July 4th has always been about celebrating with our community. The town is always a buzz in the early part of the day with kids bike races, float and pet decorating contests, and the shortest yet loveliest parade around because all are welcome to join! I look forward to being there with my fellow Merchants of Swarthmore. The shop will be open this week Wed and Thursday 11-5, Friday 10-8 (Art Walk and Independence 8K), Sat 9-12 (during the town festivities). The shop will be closed Sunday 7/5 and Monday 7/6. Come on over and pick up something for yourself or to bring to your gatherings!
