Ahhh, first place!! 🥹🇺🇸

The Hearn family’s beautiful home won 1st place in Sweetwater’s Most Patriotic Home Contest! 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙

Thank you so much to everyone who drove by, reached out, and shared such sweet compliments about the decorations! I had the best time bringing this patriotic vision to life, and all of your kind words made it even more special.

A huge thank-you to the Hearn family for trusting me with their gorgeous home and allowing me the creative freedom to decorate it from start to finish. It was already such a special Sweetwater landmark, and getting to transform it for the Fourth of July was truly an honor.

I’m so grateful to live in a community that celebrates together and makes traditions like this so much fun. Thank you, Sweetwater, for this honor! We are so excited and appreciative! 🥹🇺🇸

And, of course, thank you to my family for putting up with all my decorating ideas and helping me bring them to life. 😂❤️

Exciting News for Sweetwater Flower Shop!

As of Saturday, September 14th, Sweetwater Flower Shop officially has new owners—Nancy and Heath Hawkins! 🎉 They have big plans to grow the business, especially in the wedding industry here in Sweetwater. When they reached out to me with interest in purchasing the shop, it felt like the perfect next step.

I want to give a huge thank you to all of my amazing customers and clients who have supported me over the years. Your loyalty, encouragement, and friendship made Sweetwater Flower Shop what it is today, and I am forever grateful for that! 💐

I’m so excited to have more family time with my kids now, but please know, if you ever need anything, don’t hesitate to reach out. Nancy and Heath Hawkins have kept all of the shop’s wonderful employees, and I have no doubt they will continue providing the same top-notch customer service and out-of-this-world designs you’ve come to love.

Want to keep your floral arrangements looking fresh and beautiful for longer? 💐
Follow these simple steps to ensure your blooms stay vibrant:

1. Trim the Stems: Cut about an inch off the stems at an angle every few days. This allows for better water absorption and keeps your flowers standing tall!
2. Change the Water: Refresh the water every couple of days. Make sure to use clean water and fill the vase about halfway. This helps prevent bacteria build-up, which can shorten the life of your flowers.
3. Remove Wilting Leaves: As flowers start to fade, remove any wilting leaves or petals that fall into the water. This keeps your arrangement looking tidy and healthy.
4. Keep Them Cool: Place your arrangement in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. This helps prevent wilting and keeps your flowers looking lively.

Three years ago, on September 2, 2021, we took a leap of faith and became the proud owners of Sweetwater Flower Shop! It’s been a journey full of blood, sweat, and tears, but every moment has been worth it. Being a small business owner has taught me so much, and one of the greatest blessings has been falling even more in love with this sweet little town. 💖
