As I step into retirement after 50 years I want to express my deepest gratitude to my wife, LuaAnn and my family for their unwavering support.
To my loyal customers who have been the foundation of my success and in return life long friendships. Your trust and loyalty has meant the world to me.
To those I have had the privilege to work with, most of you have been my rock and driving force. It has been an incredible privilege to have worked along side of you.
I am deeply grateful for Nutrien Ag Solutions. I thank each of you for being a part of my journey. I am looking forward to new beginnings and adventures in retirement.

Getting to know your Nutrien Ag Solution employees. Thad Shidler is a familiar face to farming. His family owned and operated Howesville Farm Service for many years, then Nutrien Ag Solutions. Thad is a Purdue Graduate, Argronomist, lives in Clay City with his wife Trish. Has 2 grown children and 4 grand puppies. He also farms with his family.
