I would like to thank everyone for 32 years in buisness also to let you know the chocolate we sold was Merckens you can get it at shafers in berwick or breskeys in macadoo also on the internet . Stovers on the internet seemed the least expensive also walmart .com sells it also. Thank you everyone and God bless you. Karen Dieso and Jane Martin

POTATO CHIP CLUSTERS

1lb chocolate or colored melts
2 cups crushed potato chips
1/2 cup nuts I used pecans

melt chocolate , add the chips and nuts, stir well then spoon the mixture onto wax paper let dry about 20 minutes and put them in cups or on a pretty plate. ENJOY

so trying out new recipes thought i would post one or two here is a truffle recipe and a potato chip cluster recipes.

DECADENT CHOCOLATE TRUFLES
3 cups (18oz ) dark chocolate
1 14oz can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk ( not evaporated milk )
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Coatings finely chopped nuts, flaked coconut , sprinkles, powded sugar, cocoa , colored sugar .

In a large saucepan , melt chips add eagle brand milk and vanilla remove from heat and stir.

pour in a bowl cover and chill for 2 to 3 hours or until firm. shape into one inch balls . roll in desired coating. store in the refrigerator .

Can also use this filling in molds.
