What a busy but wonderful day! 🎶

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to the Carroll Arts Center today to try out instruments! It was so much fun seeing all those smiling faces and watching so many aspiring musicians play their very first notes. 🎺🎷🪈🪊 🎻

We couldn’t have done it without the hard work of our friends at Opus Community Music School, Menchey Music Service, and all of the amazing volunteers who helped make today possible!

We also have to give a special shoutout to our very own Paul O., Paul M., Natalie, Sheila, and Tom. Y’all are ROCKSTARS and helped keep everything running smoothly throughout the day!

Meanwhile, back at The Band Shoppe, Cole, Keith, and Skyllar held down the fort and helped lots of new musicians choose their very first instruments. Y’all’s hard work, teamwork, and flexibility made a very busy day work out just right!

We’re off tomorrow to rest up before another week of rental madness! 😴 If you missed out on today don’t sweat it! Come see us and our friends from Menchey Music Service and Opus Music at the Carroll Arts Center TODAY from 11–3 and try out brass, woodwind, and orchestral string instruments!

Whether your aspiring musician already has an instrument in mind or has no idea where to start, this is the perfect chance to try them out, ask questions, and find the right fit!

Come by, say hi, and chat with us about rentals, lessons, repairs, and all things music! We can’t wait to see y’all! 🎶

🚨 A quick heads up for this weekend’s Instrument Try-Out Day! 🎺🎷🥁🎻🪈

We’ve been made aware there’s been a little confusion surrounding tomorrow’s event, so we wanted to help clear things up!

The main Instrument Try-Out Day will be held at the Carroll Arts Center tomorrow from 11 AM–3 PM! We’ll be there alongside our friends from Menchey’s Music, giving your aspiring musicians the opportunity to try out as many different instruments as they can and find the perfect fit!

We’ll also have some extra hands back at The Band Shoppe for students who stop by and would like to try an instrument, but the shop is NOT the location of the main Try-Out Day event.

We hope to see y’all at the Carroll Arts Center from 11–3 tomorrow! Come try some instruments, make some noise, and maybe discover your musician’s new favorite instrument! 🎶

We will never forget what happened on September 11, 2001.

We will never forget the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the heroes who selflessly responded when our nation came under attack.

Today and always, we honor those we lost and remember the courage, sacrifice, and dedication of the brave men and women who stepped forward in the moments, days, months, and years that followed.

A special thank-you to my father-in-law, Lou Milano, for your service. Your grandchildren were incredibly proud to learn about your efforts that day and see your photos from the rubble. We thank you, honor you, and are proud to call you Pop.

A friendly reminder that we’re closed today in observance of Labor Day! 🇺🇸

That’s exactly what Lee did today for one of our teachers, Anthony Carlucci! With the help of some sweet tools from our friends at Ferree's Tools Inc and StewMac, Lee whipped up a brand new hinge rod, made and installed a new roller, and got this sax all back together and ready to play! After
