This is so good. Thank you Tim Smith for sharing this with us. Coincidence or God? We talked about this at our Bible Study on Friday at the Outpost. Definitely GOD!!

Good gospel Sunday all! Somebody needs this message today!!

This am, the DEAL of a Lifetime, for those who fully GRASP this:

Jesus offers to trade—HIS Righteousness, for Our Sin.

Scripture shares:
“For OUR sake- God- made Christ-to BE SIN—who knew no sin— so that—in Him—WE—might become— the righteousness of God.” -2 Corinthians 5:21-

And add this for good measure:

“There is therefore- now-NO CONDEMNATION- for those- who are IN Christ Jesus.” Rom 8:1

Summary:
In Christ- (1) we get life. 2) we get fellowship 3) we get a rap sheet( our own) that is fully paid for, AND CANCELLED.

To GRASP:
That ‘deal’ is currently - on the table for each and every human.
Will we take it, or reject it?

I wanted to share with you a small part of my devotion for today from First 5. I'm sure like me, you can also relate to the following.

"Life with God is not immunity from difficulties but peace in difficulties."

Oh, how I can testify to the truth of this saying. In the most turbulent times in my life, my loving heavenly Father has made His presence known to me in ways I couldn't possibly miss or doubt. His unexplainable peace has flowed over me, and His promises of deliverance have been my rock to cling to while everything around me swirled out of my control...........God promises to be with us when we experience hardship. He will never leave us or forsake us. NEVER!!!

He says in Isaiah 43:2 "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you." Hang tight to that promise & you will feel the peace & confidence He wants you to have.

Believe Him! "I do believe, Lord! Help Thou my unbelief!"
