Vulfmon is the solo work alias for Jack Stratton(Vulfpeck). The debut album "Here We Go Jack" is a massive range of genres. From straight Funk, to solo clarinet pieces, even classical and indie pieces, the entire album is an aural journey that anyone could get excited about. This particular pressing is limited to 5764 pieces. If you missed the initial "Go Fund Me" style release, you can still watch the entire album on YouTube, as it was done in the typical "Vulf" style, meaning the songs were performed in a live studio environment and taped. The album is also on Spotify and all streaming platforms. This hidden gem is worth the listen!

Daryl Hall and John Oates are a legendary pop rock duo who have sold over 80 million records worldwide, with a ton of hits throughout the 70's and 80's They are considered one of the most successful duos in rock and roll history and continue to tour and perform to this day.

"Big Bam Boom" is a well-crafted album by Hall and Oates that showcases their signature blend of rock, pop, and soul music. The upbeat tracks, such as "Method of Modern Love" and "Out of Touch," are a testament to the duo's musical prowess and ability to create infectious pop tracks. A collection of music written in the middle of the night.
Taylor Swift’s Midnights was the biggest selling vinyl in 2022 and it accounted for 1 of every 25 vinyl LPs sold 🤯
“Maroon” might be my favorite track on this album, a song about a night that starts with “cheap-ass screw-top rosé” (we’ve all been there).

In 1996 an Issaquah, WA based indie group by the name of Modest Mouse, came out swinging with their debut LP, “This is a Long Drive for Someone With Nothing to Think About”.

A double LP coming in at well over an hour, is filled with music bridging the gap between raw indie rock and emo. With the resurgence of mid-west emo, it’s no doubt that this album has been a heavy influence on a lot of modern artists.

The album itself focuses on traveling by automobile and the loneliness associated with rural life. Must listen tracks include “Dramamine”, “Custom Concern”, and “Talking S**t About a Pretty Sunset”. While this album might not be considered a powerhouse like some of MM’s other work, it’s definitely worth a listen. In our opinion, the best time to spin this album is after a long hard day of work, and you’re just trying to unwind.

Weyes Blood (aka Natalie Laura Mering) is an American singer/songwriter hailing from Doylestown, PA. Her music has been described as ranging from soft rock to psychedelic folk, putting a new twist on inspirations of yesteryear like Carole King and Carly Simon.

"And in the Darkness, Hearts Aglow" is her 5th LP studio effort and the 3rd one to chart in the US. Released in mid November of 2022, the sounds match the time of year vibe. The 10 tracks across the album are filled with dark blissful textures that appear haunting, beautiful, and at times it breaks the boundaries into an almost 70's inspired pop like feel. The lyrics are filled with heartbreak, yet leave a sense of optimism and hope. It's a truly beautiful album that everyone should check out!

Cullen would gravitate towards Black Sabbath's first self-titled album. He's such a crazy little guy, always interested in music and definitely seems to always be singing or wanting to jam out.

Come check out our immaculate 2009 print of Black Sabbath. It's super clean and would love a new home. We'll be down at Fat Bottom Grills tomorrow to hang, drink mimosas, and just nerd out over music. Also along with records there will be a few instruments available as well. And of course if you have records to sell, bring them down. We are always looking!

It was the summer of 2002, July 16th to be exact, when the Flaming Lips dropped their incredibly successful album Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots. The album's success was attributed to the band pursuing a more electronic direction than previous efforts, incorporating acoustic guitars and rhythms influenced by hip hop in top 40 music. The album was also adapted into a musical in 2012.

If you haven't taken the time to explore the Flaming Lips' catalog, you are missing out. Each one of their albums are completely different from the last and they tend to have a very eccentric feel to them. With hits like "Do You Realize?", "Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots Pt. 1", "Flight Test", and "Egotripping At The Gates of Hell", Yoshimi will have you embarking on a dreamy, synth filled musical journey you will never forget.
