Anna (they/them) is a Certified Cheese Professional with years of industry experience and a deep love for all things cheese!! Originally from the Midwest, they bring an incredible wealth of knowledge, passion, and expertise to our cheesy little corner of Syracuse!

You'll be seeing Anna around the shop, leading classes, helping curate delicious cheeses, and sharing their cheese wisdom with all of us, and trust us, you're going to learn so much from them
