I was one of the people in that line of cars. Thank you Fairfield Community Schools for doing this: you've saved me so much stress. I'm so thankful to have my grandchildren (Benton Elementary) with me this summer, but I don't know what to feed them besides peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. You gave me enough food for a week's worth of breakfasts and lunches and even told me what to feed them each day! You have no idea how helpful that blue menu paper is: I don't have to decide what to serve each day, I just look at the paper. Thank you!!🥰

Chemo was postponed again! The oncologist needs to change the formula because what I'm getting now isn't working. It's spread to my hip bone and a vertebra in my upper spine. The good news is the grandkids are with me 4 days/week this summer!! On Wednesday, the kids put on the play Oedipus. They learned that they don't need to understand all the words in order to understand the story and enjoy acting it out. I'm thinking Agamemnon next because they know someone named "Cassandra" and that'll make it more fun! 🛀

I've been reading the online articles of Dominic Crawford. The beginning of the article says it'll take 5 minutes to read, but the ideas aren't shallow enough to be read quickly. The author makes me stop and ponder his words. It's worth the time, though, to read it all and consider whether I agree with his conclusions.
