Well it has begun.
We moved to a smaller house on the "good" side of town. I kinda dreaded it because it meant dealing with my old mailman Smiley. We have had issues because he's kinda an ass. Prior issues have included:
1. Marking items as delivered while they were still in his truck. Some being actually delivered 3 hrs later.
2. Giving packages to the neighbors kids because they were by the mailbox. Which of course they denied.
3. Accusing me of having his cousins package because he was sure he delivered it to my address because I get lots of packages.
4. A lot of undelivered mail.
5. Talking smack at the post office in front of the post master because I was bringing up said issue of misdelivered mail. Even tried to say I went to 5 different streets to get said mail.

Well today he knocks on the front door. We had talked to the postmaster about temporarily delivering the mail to the front door. The house is a corner house where the front faces one street and the side faces another. The original owners put the mailbox on the street that faces the side of the house. And they would deliver the packages on the back porch.

Recently the government has been rebuilding houses affected by the last hurricane. So my son's friend had to leave his dogs with us temporarily while they rebuild their house. So we put a temporary request to leave any packages on the front porch until the dogs back home. We did this as a safety thing so the mailman wouldn't have to be anywhere near the dogs.

So back to the knock. He stopped to tell me he can't do 2 stops. I tell him about the dogs and how it's done for his safety. He again brings up the 2 stops thing. Well I tell him to leave them on the back porch then. He says but the dogs. Well the dogs can't really get to you they will bark probably spook you but hey like you said you can't make 2 stops. That's the whole reason we made this temporary request. As he drove off he takes a picture of the dogs.

You know I get it. It takes A LOT of effort to make 2 stops maybe once a week. Well one stop and one dismount.

Damn it! For the second time this month a seller has canceled an order on me from eBay. Both times I had already paid for the item and both with no explanation. It can't be my rating because I have 891. Funny thing is I bought the purple version of Huffer from him a few weeks ago and was very happy with the figure and left good feedback. So when I saw the Red one I was so happy! Would be nice if the seller would have said something instead of just canceling the order.

My birthday haul! Love them all. The loose figures I got from my youngest Jonah who actually traded some of his own toys to get them for me. Very proud of him. Dinogo also means I am one step closer to completing the combiner John and I started before his accident. So I'm very happy about that figure.
