To kick of 2022, we're excited to share that the pop-up specialty coffee cart we launched this past summer will now be posted up at the Ringside Bar & Grill on a permanent schedule!

Feel free to come in during open hours and grab your self some hand made freshly roasted specialty coffee with oat, almond and whole milk options!

With this, we are also piloting our coffee cart rental program. More on this soon!

Dear friends, on this very last day of 2021 we wanted to express our gratitude.

The very first anniversary of is just a couple of days away... and what a year it was. We faced many challenges as a small business, many of which are still to be resolved, but the most important thing is the lessons learned and connections made along the way.

The picture above is a look into a window of a place where most of our friends were made. Almost every weekend in the spring/summer, we met a lot of beautiful strangers who offered conversation, advice and support. Happy to say, many of these people are strangers no more.

Recently we posted a poll regarding and whether our followers considered it important when buying ☕

The results aren’t surprising, but we were taken back by how close the poll actually was.

In short, latte art is much more than just a pretty design, it's the barista’s way of letting you know that they know what they are doing and that knowledge directly effects the taste of your drink.

The long version is this…
There are few important factors that a barista must master before making any latte art. The skill to froth milk correctly, the skill to make latte art and correct portions of milk and espresso.

During the frothing process, air bubbles are introduced into milk. As a result milk changes in texture and if done right the end result turns into something that is shiny and silky smooth. This, along with a correctly pulled espresso shot forms the taste and texture of your drink. If any of those metrics are skewed, you will taste them :)

In the end all of this is personal preference and there are no official rules. But if you are receiving a drink with well defined latte art thats already a good sign that whatever you taste will leave a good impression.
