Cutest 80s party today at the Tahoe Yacht Club to wrap up the last of the Over the Bottom Regattas and the season! 💕🛥️🎶

We took 3rd for the season — a podium finish! 😜🏆 Congrats to all the boats, drivers and crew!

So much fun being part of The Color of Money 💰💚 — a little racing, a lot of laughs, great friends, questionable 80s fashion 😂 and another beautiful day on Big Blue.

And because apparently I can’t resist dressing for the occasion… anchors away! ⚓️💕 Anchor earrings + my navy-and-white Lopker Love heart trucker = Tahoe yacht club style. 🧢⚓️💙

Summer in Truckee… Fly fishing on the river yesterday. 🎣💙 After being cooped up at home with a summer cold for three days, it felt SO good to get outside and into the sunshine.

We took my friend’s dog Cali and what a love! 🐾 Aaron warned me that Cali wouldn’t let me take her picture… ha! I think we got over that pretty quickly. 😉😂

Fresh air, sunshine, lots of splashing and Aaron caught a fish! 🎣 Yay! ☀️

A huge congratulations to Claudia & Heidi Bensley and thank you to Norma Parson for opening her gorgeous lakefront home.

Best of all, net proceeds support the Tahoe Yacht Club Foundation’s grant program, helping local organizations preserve Lake Tahoe’s maritime heritage, build maritime skills and provide educational opportunities. Last year’s recipients included Achieve Tahoe, High Fives Foundation, Boys & Girls Club of North Lake Tahoe and Tahoe Community Sailing Foundation. 💙

WILD HEART / UNTAMED LOVE 🤎

A little Western. A little rustic. A little unexpected and a whole lot of heart.

This collection explores love in its imperfect form through loose brushstrokes, layered texture, weathered neutrals and unapologetic drips. Warm creams, sand, rust, to***co, charcoal and touches of gold create the foundation, with subtle Western elements woven throughout.

Hearts appear and disappear through the layers, sometimes bold, sometimes barely there. Cowboy hats, boots, barns and California add a sense of place without making the work feel traditionally Western.

Rustic. Raw. Imperfect. Full of heart.

THE BOW 💦

One of the fan favorites from this year’s boat show.

Of all the photographs I captured among these incredible classic wooden boats, this one immediately stood out and apparently I wasn’t the only one who fell in love with it. Thank you for all the notes and love for this one. 💙

The warmth of the mahogany. The incredible turquoise Tahoe water. The symmetry of that beautiful bow. It captures so much of what makes these vintage boats and summers on Lake Tahoe—so special.

California Love ❤️✨

Most people go to Paso Robles for the wine… and we definitely tasted some amazing wines. 🍷 But for me? It was the company… and the light. 💡 😉

Sensorio has somehow been on my photography bucket list for years. Ever since it opened in 2019, I’ve wanted to capture the moment this hillside comes to life after sunset… and wow it exceeded every expectation.

Originally a former turkey ranch, it has become a living canvas of light, art, music, and imagination. What began with Bruce Munro’s breathtaking Field of Light has continued to evolve into something even bigger, with immersive installations like DIMENSIONS, FOSO (Fiber Optic Symphony Orchestra), Woven Glow, and more. And the vision isn’t finished yet. Sensorio continues to grow, with plans for expanded event spaces, a future hotel, and even more ways to experience this one-of-a-kind destination on California’s Central Coast.

As the sun disappeared over the Paso Robles hills, the landscape slowly transformed into another world. Every color shift revealed another composition. Every turn made me stop and say…

“Wow… this just keeps getting better and better.”

Bravo, Sensorio. You turned a hillside into wonder. ❤️✨

Just a reminder today … LOVE WINS 💖 (SOLD Another) Sometimes love has a funny way of reminding us that the best stories are rarely the ones that follow a straight line.

There are seasons of waiting, growing, trusting, and finding your way back to what truly matters. I’ve learned that you can’t force what’s meant to be. You simply keep your heart open, keep showing up, and trust that the right things have a way of finding you.

Some stories are written quietly. Some don’t need to be explained. And some are worth every twist and turn along the way.
