Fullfillery is celebrating Black History Month this month by thinking of the contributions of George Washington Carver (1864-1943). Mr. Carver was agricultural scientist and inventor who promoted crop rotation and the use of peanuts, sweet potatoes, soybeans, and pecans. February has been the month designated to help us celebrate the many contributions of Black Americans to our culture.
