Well, here we go again! 🤦♀️
Sometime between yesterday (Saturday, 10/24/2026) and this morning (Sunday, 10/25/2026), my Fee’s Farm Stand sign, along with its entire metal frame, disappeared from the corner of Knowling Loop and Talbott-Kansas Road.
For reference, the photo of my sign was taken up close back in August at a different location, so it appears larger than it actually is. It’s a standard yard sign mounted in a metal Realtor-style frame. And anyone who has ever installed one of these frames in hard ground knows they aren’t exactly easy to pull back out!
I’m always mindful of where I place my signs, making sure they don’t obstruct drivers’ visibility, interfere with traffic, or block anyone else’s signs. In fact, I intentionally placed this particular sign behind the others because it stood taller, and I didn’t want to block them.
What’s particularly interesting is that the other signs at this same intersection have been there for quite some time, and they’re all still standing. There’s even an old yard sale sign that’s been sitting there for weeks, untouched! Yet somehow, my sign AND its entire metal frame are the only things that disappeared.
I’ll let everyone draw their own conclusions from that. 🤔
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time someone has interfered with one of my farm stand signs.
It’s unfortunate that some people would rather put their energy into interfering with someone else’s hard work than simply minding their own business. I’ve always believed there’s room for everyone to succeed, and supporting one another accomplishes far more than tearing someone else down. But here’s something else I believe: You don’t have to like someone, agree with them, or even support what they’re doing. That’s perfectly fine! Just because someone isn’t your cup of tea doesn’t mean you need to interfere with their life or livelihood. Sometimes the best thing you can do is simply stay in your own lane and mind your own business.
Something else I’ve noticed over the years is how some people are quick to tell others what good Christians they are, how much they love God, or how faithfully they attend church, yet their actions don’t always reflect those same values. There’s a difference between claiming to live by certain beliefs and actually putting them into practice. How we treat others when nobody is watching says far more about our character than anything we say.
We live in a community with so many churches, and I truly believe kindness, honesty, respect, and doing right by others should extend well beyond the church doors.
And while some people may think their actions go unnoticed, I believe God sees everything. I’ve always believed that what goes around eventually comes around. It may not be today, tomorrow, or even years from now, but things have a way of coming full circle.
I don’t need to seek revenge, point fingers, or repay anyone for their actions. That’s not my place. I’ll leave that in God’s hands, just as I always have. God is good, and His timing is always better than ours. ❤️

And to whoever has it, you’re welcome to return the sign and metal frame to Fee's Farm Stand at 1245 Knowling Loop, Talbott, TN. The address was printed right on the sign, so there’s no confusion about where it belongs.
In the meantime, I’ll continue doing what I love, supporting my community, and putting my energy into something positive. Someone else’s actions won’t change that.
There’s enough room in this world for all of us to do well without interfering with someone else’s hard work. ❤️
