So, it looks like it's been quite a while since I last posted here. I really thought it was more recent than that!
Anyway, my physical issues are still keeping my abilities limited for the time being. I'm still open to new work, but I would need some pretty good lead time, in case I need to take time off because my fingers aren't working. (I'm averaging about four to six hours a day of "good" fingers. I can generally get another three hours worth of work out of the rest of the day, off and on, unless it's a bad day.)
I will admit, I not only would be open to orders, I'd appreciate them. To help keep me using my fingers as much as I can. (Staying off my feet after surgery helped the issue progress and get worse; I'm fighting not to have that happen in my hands.) And, well, medical treatment isn't free and insurance only covers so much. We're on the hook for a lot of money for the treatments I've been doing this summer, which are proving unsuccessful and likely mean moving on to the bigger treatment which is A LOT more expensive. Plus I have at least one more trip to Mayo in the future, right before school starts. Aka, when I should be taking my kids to get new clothes and supplies and for end of the summer trips to Sky Zone or the movies or whatever.
Anyway, I'm not begging. Just putting it out there for anyone who is still interested. I'll get some new pics of some of my recent stuff up soon. 🙂 Thanks for sticking with me folks! Hopefully I'll be back to full "duty" one day and be able to really get some work done!
