These are the strangest of times! We have all of our vapin' family in our thoughts and prayers! We are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure a clean environment to minimize potential exposure. We have ceased sampling of flavors, and remain open normal business hours. We continue to restock, but our distribution chain is being affected. We will do our best to ensure we have what you need. We thank you for your support and god bless all!

CALLING ALL VAPERS-THIS IS IT!
It was just announced yesterdy afternoon at 4pm that two bills, SB 810 (2nd committee hearing) and SB 1394 (1st committee hearing) are both on the agenda for the this Monday’s (2/3/20) Innovation, Industry, and Technology Committee meeting, which begins at 1:30pm in Toni Jennings Committee Room, 110 Senate Building. WE NEED YOU TO SHOW UP AND SHOW YOUR OPPOSITION!

SB 810: Is an artificial categorization of v**e products as to***co products. This is Senator David Simmons’ first step to trying to destroy the v**e industry. This bill places restrictions on online sales/delivery, it will lead to taxes and licensing requirements. Again, in last week’s Health Committee meeting he said “this is a great first step”.

Here’s his “step number two”:
SB 1394: This bill has an industry crushing 85% wholesale tax, you read that right, 85%. It’s broken down to a 60% surcharge and a 25% to***co tax. That’s right, ALL v***r related product costs will go up by 85% if this passes. Effective date will be July 1, 2020. BTW, this to***co tax excludes ci******es and ci**rs, actual to***co products…

Attention!! There are several bills being presented this legislative session that will ban flavors and tax va**ng products upwards of 85%. SB 1394, HB 151, SB 1638 & SB 694 all contain this language. If va**ng is important to you then we request your help in communicating your opposition to your legislator. A simple phone call stating "I oppose a flavor ban and increase in taxes on va**ng products". Also, anyone willing to show up for the committee meetings at the Capital will go along way to show your opposition. I will be posting dates and times as soon as I know.

We are hearing troubling information that a flavored v**e ban is truly being considered by the Trump admin, with an announcement expected as early as today. It’s important the call the WH NOW and tell them no flavor ban!

Two awesome reports today! CDC has announced "break through" in lung injuries/deaths confirming what we have been saying. No connection to legal ni****ne v***r products! Second, it looks like flavor related FDA policy to be published next week and it appears v**e shops will be exempt, so we will be able to continue selling you your favorites! Huge win for all v**ers and the va**ng industry!!

President Trump said the legal age for va**ng probably will be raised to 21 nationally when the much-anticipated rule on flavored va**ng is released next week.
