In 1984, my mom, Bev, and my dad, George, took a huge leap of faith, moving across the country from Michigan to Florida with three kids under the age of 10, leaving their families behind, and starting a business in an industry they had never worked in. They chose Tallahassee believing it would be a wonderful place to raise a family, and it became the home of Karmanos Printing and Graphics.

For over 40 years, my mom has built this business with grit, heart, and an unwavering commitment to quality and customer service, as a woman succeeding in the printing industry at a time when it was very much male dominated. What she created is more than a print shop. It is a legacy rooted in relationships, trust, and craftsmanship. I have been incredibly blessed to have had the opportunity to work along side her and learn from her for over 25 years.

Now, after decades of hard work, my mom is finally retiring, and it is so well deserved. I am incredibly proud and deeply honored to be taking over the family business and announce the transition to our new name, Amanda Ink.

We will remain in the same location at 1754 Thomasville Road, offering the same great service and wide range of options you have always relied on, including business printing and promotional products, while continuing to grow our custom personal and wedding stationery line.

I look forward to carrying forward everything my mom has taught me about business, integrity, and truly taking care of people. Bev will still be in the shop on and off over the next three months at least, so please feel free to stop by to say hello and goodbye if you would like.

INVITATION and DAY OF PAPER // There’s nothing better than seeing our custom design become the inspiration for the entire event décor, tying every detail together in the most intentional way. ✨

For this stunning celebration, we used the venue (the family home) and its picturesque landscape setting to create a bespoke arboreal toile pattern as the envelope liner for the save the dates. The design reappeared on the invitation suite as a delicate vellum wrap, then carried through the event as a custom border on the menu/place card combos and table numbers.

This thoughtful continuity curated a cohesive, immersive, and unforgettable look for the evening, truly stationery at the heart of the celebration.

INVITATION SUITE // ✨ Shades of Blue ✨

From “save the date” to “I do,” we had the pleasure of creating a cohesive story for this stunning wedding suite, a classic design kissed with contemporary color and creativity.

Featuring a bespoke monogram designed exclusively for the couple, printed in elegant shades of blue and wrapped in a floral vellum with a Prosecco-hued wax seal, every detail was curated to reflect their unique style. The details card shimmers with white foil on deep blue stock, while the day-of pieces, (swipe ➡️ to see menus) seating chart, and custom drink stirrers, tied the entire celebration together seamlessly.

It was such a joy collaborating with the bride and her mother, their thoughtful input and eye for design ensured that every piece felt intentional, timeless, and filled with heart.

Here’s to a suite as enduring as the love it celebrates. 💙

✨ The trifecta of impeccable taste, exquisite class, and the epitome of grace. ✨

It was an absolute dream bringing this stunning wedding suite to life, gold engraving on classic Crane & Co. paper, finished with hand calligraphed envelopes in gold-dipped ink. Every detail radiated timeless sophistication.

We also had the honor of designing the couple’s Save the Date, featuring a hand-drawn rendering of the iconic Reid Chapel, letterpressed into luxurious cotton cover stock, a true keepsake in itself.

The entire celebration, flawlessly orchestrated by the incomparable , was nothing short of phenomenal. Can we please have a moment for that tent drapery?! 😍✨
