What happens when two women fall in love?  Probably the same thing that happens when any two people fall in love.  All relationships are different, but there are usually common themes shared by all. 
 
We all want to be loved.  We all want to have someone in our lives that pushes us to be the best versions of ourselves that we can be.  Love is love, no matter the gender.  We are all entitled to be happy and treated with respect.

During these last few weeks, one thing remains certain: not allowing the basic recognition of one’s identity or of one’s family only precipitates intolerance, hate, and repression towards that individual.  Unfortunately, this is a reality that too many of us have experienced by simply identifying and existing as LGBTQ+. 
 
This book is a celebration of diversity.  Every family looks different from one another.  And that is ok!  You are valid, you are seen, and we want to send our love and positive energy out to you all. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🖤🤍🤎

Meet our main character, Charlie! 💙💛

Charlie is a 6 year-old from Florida. 🌴 It is during his birthday party, that Charlie first learns about adversity, as he watches the governor of Florida sign the, “don’t say gay” bill.

Luckily, Charlie’s family and friends show him that we are all different and unique. 💎 And ultimately, it’s ok to just say, “gay.” 🏳️‍🌈

Thank you to all of you who donated at our events and to all who purchased our “We present, GAY Florida - The Shirt.” We were able to fundraise and collect donations for during the month of June.

Please consider donating to GLSEN, as Florida public schools, their employees, and students continue to be attacked by “don’t say gay” and “anti woke” laws in the state of Florida.

Today the Parental Rights in Education bill is officially law in the state of Florida. This law aims to isolate and eliminate the existence of all things LGTBQIA+ for young children.

Rather than choosing to live with fear and hate, let's take the time to learn some more about one another, and of course, remember to JUST SAY GAY!

When you think of religion, bigotry is usually not the first thing that comes to mind.

Unfortunately, religious bigotry is out in full force as we wake up here in the United States. If your civil rights have been violated recently, there is probably a politician who has used religion ✝️ to justify their discrimination.
