Incredible dark brown and black natural colors on this fossil Angustidens (Megalodon ancestor) shark tooth found by Fossilized Finds in an ancient South Carolina ocean floor and prehistoric marine fossil layer that covers much of the state underground. It might look easy to have discovered it at this final moment here but finding fossils on the surface like this usually take a good bit of time to eventually discover

From the Ledgendary Fossil Vault of Frank Garcia's Paleontological Discoveries at World Fossil Finder Museum: This Megalodon Shark Tooth is a little over 6 1/2 almost 5 3/8 wide.
Almost one and three-quarter inch thick. From Chile I obtained this tooth at the Tucson gem and mineral show 33 years ago for $400.
No restoration,,,let me repeat that again. No restoration. Some have said the root is restored. Let me repeat that one more time. No restoration.
It’s in my museum on display here in Hot Springs, South Dakota.
The tooth is heavy typical of teeth from Chile. They’re not light in weight like Indonesian megalodons.
Chilean megs are heavy and stout!
I’ve had many offers on the tooth, but like I tell everybody not for sale, but then on the other hand, everything has a price.
You never know somebody may come in and give me an offer I can’t refuse.

Narrowly saved this kitten as it was crossing a Florida highway…the kitten just finishing crossing across right before I noticed her and pulled over. Then, she started heading back into the highway but was lucky to get there right before disaster. It’s also good to have relocated this cat into a home since they kill many native Florida animals and bugs as feral cats anyways. She went to a great home within 20 minutes of posting in the neighborhood Facebook group

If you had to choose one to get rid of…these wild Blue Lightning Bone Valley Great White Shark teeth all took years to discover in Florida, but a decision has to be made about which one will be given as a promised gift. These colors and patterns are not only vibrant, but are uncommon even for an already uncommon species of shark teeth to discover in the first place. It’s a difficult decision but one must go…can you decide which one should be gifted?

Stupid awesome Snaggletooth Shark Tooth found: These extinct, prehistoric sharks used to swim over what is now Florida but still have a smaller, modern ancestor today that also has super serrated teeth. However, this is a relatively big specimen measuring in at over 1.6 inches with 2 inches being an extremely rare and valuable trophy size for this species

Great White ancestor shark tooth, called Hastalis, aka mako, left this tooth here millions of years ago for me to eventually uncover, film and share with all of you. Now the big remaining question, is does this fossil stay in a display case or become a necklace pendant?

A Casual Weekend as a Real Florida Man: I love enjoying and filming authentic, old Florida locations. But this area of Pasco County is especially sentimental to me since I went to college at Saint Leo University. We stayed in the outskirts of Dade City, while hanging out in San Antonio (Florida) and taking a boat trip to Homosassa Springs.

It doesn’t get much better than this… Tj Christie found a giant 5.31 inch super rare colored WHITE Megalodon Shark tooth with just incredible quality and preservation. This tooth also being a more narrow, lower jaw tooth really adds to its uniqueness. Not to mention, it’s very difficult to find a Meg tooth this large in Florida on its own. This is a shark tooth of dreams for even the best shark tooth hunters, and many of us will never find a tooth like this

The best Bone Valley Megalodon Shark Tooth in the personal finds collection…so far. The incredible blue blade against the white root is an amazing contrast, but the ridiculous lightning strikes are probably the first thing you saw. These are caused by tree roots that were touching the tooth after fossilization while it remained in the fossil layer underground on land. The roots excrete acid and change the color of the enamel even more. On the hunt for even better megs than this in the future
