Ordered something on E-Bay and the seller was local to us. Picked the item up today and we start chatting. He asks if we are the same Sound Technology that did electronic repairs (Our user ID is Sound Technology). I confirm that we are and he tells me about some of the equipment he has had serviced in the past. He sent me this today as he found it going through some other stuff. How cool is that? History!

Wrapped up this absolutely legendary Ampeg Bass Amp Friday. This got the full works with new Electrolytic Caps, a full re-tube with Tung-Sol Reissues and an upgrade to 5881 Output Tubes. The original power cord was replaced, lamps were upgraded and full alignment and bias. Tyler did a fantastic job on the unit. After the upgrades there is much more power and headroom. It still maintains its vintage tone which was critical. The photos and video speak for themselves!
