For those of you who don't know, Jeremy Azinger and I run a monthly event in the Tampa area that combines shooting and fitness. We make sure it's done in a safe manor, but at the end of the day we have a great group of people that come out, get a bit of a workout in, and see how bad we all shoot with a spiked heart rate.

If you're looking for something to do to either maintain your fitness levels, or like me motivation to get in better share, these are super fun events to get you out of the house and move around!
