New paintings by local Taos artist Mary Stratton have arrived at Confluence. Mary created this collection of ski runs exclusively for us, painted in the medium she’s known for: cold wax and oil.

A fabulous skier herself, Mary can be found throughout the winter in Taos Ski Valley, catching early runs and usually dressed in bright, colorful ski clothes, the same joyful palette that comes through in her paintings.

There’s a distinctive quality to a finished cold wax and oil piece: beautifully textured, luminous, and layered, with a depth that invites you to keep looking.

Just some of the chic new readers we have in the store from our friends at Caddis!

We'll always have treats and fresh water for your best shopping buddies!

After closing day, we'll be taking a quick break and plan to reopen the store for the summer on Memorial Day weekend!
