Hydrangeas that are hardy for our area in North Dakota are the Panicle and Smooth varieties. We have posted a chart that explains how to care for them, along with some pictures of the hydrangea shrubs and trees we have on hand.

HELP! HELP! HELP! WANTED

Full-Time ASSISTANT MANAGER
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Performing customer sales and service.
*Directing sales and cashier associates.
*Merchandising and setting promotional signage.
*Enforcement and compliance of all company policies.
*Customer service through telephone calls and in person.
*Learning and providing product descriptions.
*Proposing add-on sales, and other duties as assigned
*Check and retrieve merchandise from storage areas
*Organize, restock, and clean merchandise.
*Inventory control.
*Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
*Reconcile new order shipments and organize inventory.
*Provide input to leadership on improving store performance, operational processes, and/or individual performance that would translate to a better employee experience, customer experience, and/or profitability.
*Maintain social media.
*Ability to adapt to changing situations and environments.

Weekly day range:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

Pay is based on experience.

Can you believe I had thrown this plant out of the planter because it wasn’t doing well. It landed on the edge of the lawn into some of the worst dirt around. Once I noticed it thriving, I added it to the watering schedule. I had no idea that this variety of Celocia grew this tall (and still growing). The tricycle is for size comparison and yes, I use to ride it as a kid.
