I was about to leave the shop tonight when the sky darkened and the rain started pouring. As I was walking through the shop with some of the lamps and string lights still on, I was captured by the glow they cast in the booths. Somehow these items are even more beautiful in the dim, warm light. I felt transported to another time, when families sat around candle-lit living rooms and dining tables, imagining many of these items filling those spaces too. A moment of magic I am privileged to have experienced as one of the stewards of this wonderful shop✨🕯️
