To everyone following the recent and ongoing bashing of the local Red Bland Baseball program! The local park board has made the decision to not allow the kids to use a public facility and have gone further to now deny us any access to continue to upgrade the conditions of these facilities! Every season we as an organization invest thousands of dollars that we raise through sponsorship and contributions from the community in to these facilities and rarely ask anything from the park board! Now not only are we told we can’t use a public facility they have also removed the availability of concessions and refused to allow us to make the proper upgrades to bring them to code to be used. Also because they failed to get the proper facilities permit for the stand we were punished and blamed for this as well stating that it was our responsibility after being told directly from the heath department it was the pars place to acquire the permit. Marlane Millerthen proceeded to lock us out with all of our equipment, food, umpire checks and league property still in the stand. We were also told they considered shutting off power which would have caused everything left in the stand to go bad lucky for us they opted not to do that until we were able to empty it. We have been nothing but respectful and professional with this board and have now Miss Miiler and Miss Reno are not only making public statements and lies all over town they are also insulting and disrespectful during meetings to our board members and parents in attendance! Now she is proclaiming that the board was notified about the removal of signage and property that belongs to us over a letter that doesn’t concern the park in any way! RBLL chose to no longer be a charter league with the LL program for multiple reasons mostly being there were no longer other LL programs in the area to participate with! At that time we chose to join the local MCiL. At that time we were never told anything about having to change the name. This is the first contact we have had with LL international and as you can read we have the option to rejoin or if we choose not to continue as a charter program we will need to remove LL from our name! We have already contacted them and are making the decisions to move forward. Again no effect to the park and absolutely zero reason to remove our signage until we make that decision to do so! Just another lie and petty actions from a failing park board! I have personally been attacked and disrespected at these meetings by multiple board members and now there actions are spiraling out of control! There are multiple issues I have discovered with the management of this board and RBLL honestly is the smallest! The community needs to attend these meetings and take in the information for your selves and there needs to be some serious questions asked! I will be glad to have a sit down with anyone interested in information and the oversight I have seen in just the last two meetings
