Earlier this week made 4 months since opening day!
I feel like we’re way overdue for an introduction! 🤭
My name is Tiffany Pauley. I am the owner and caterer at The Box Charc & owner of the new candy store, The Candy Charc (coming this Fall 😉).
My first titles will always be Mrs. & Mom though. 💕
Culinary has always been my passion. In February, I seen the opportunity I’ve always dreamed of and ran with it. I wouldn’t be where I am today without all of you! From word of mouth to social media, you guys helped shape my business into what it is today and I will forever be thankful for each and every one of you!
💕The Menu, The Dream, & All Things In Between:
The menu at The Box Charc is not your typical menu of what you would see at a restaurant or any other type of eatery.
My dream was to offer a different type of experience that incorporated more of the art behind culinary, one of the many reasons why I chose charcuterie’s & catering.
I love the creative aspect behind making each board, box, tray, and/or table unique & beautiful in its own way. Custom orders will always be my favorite! 🍇
I’ve been asked numerous times if I ever planned on having a “sit down” restaurant and the answer is simply no.
It’s not my dream, nor my passion.
Charcuterie’s aren’t your typical sit down meal. They are more for celebratory moments, specials occasions, sweet little just because gifts, and the every day to-go snack.
When I established my idea, catering was THE dream and still is.💕
My catering menu options continue to grow and will consistently be updated with new items that are offered.
I offer daily to-go options to provide our community with a unique taste to try through the drive thru or our delivery services as well.
And just like the many varieties of charcuteries you can dream up, I enjoy change.
Our daily menu will change with the seasons because I enjoy creating & love to share the new items I come up with for you guys! 💕
The idea behind this business is so much larger than just being a new small town establishment. I have many exciting things I can’t wait to continue to develop in the near future.
