If you've been to the Cumberland Mountain Music Show, you already know Sawyer Blankenship. Sawyer is an outstanding musician, a great friend, and we're mighty glad to have him as part of the Cumberland Mountain Music Show family.

When Sawyer isn't Fiddlin' on stage with us, you'll find him at his music store, The Music Mercantile in Tazewell, Tennessee. Sawyer is a big supporter of musicians and music throughout our area, whether its giving lessons, or instrumenmt repairs. Due to on-going construction at The Music Mercantile, our Tazewell jam for July will be held Saturday, July 18th from 3-5p at the Springdale Baptist Church at 475 Riddle LN, Tazewell, TN. Park at the near the rear of the church for the jam.

ETNBA jams are acoustic and feature traditional bluegrass instruments: acoustic guitar, upright bass, fiddle, mandolin, banjo, and dobro. Jams are FREE and open to the public. All ages and skill levels are welcome. Those just interested in listening are also welcome!

📢A Quick Update and Small Schedule Change for the Remainder of the Summer.📢

We truly appreciate your continued support of our small, family-owned business and want to thank each of you for shopping local.
After much consideration and due to slower business on Fridays, we’ve decided to close on Fridays for the remainder of the summer. We’ll reassess our schedule as we move into the fall.

🎶 Only 6 Days Away! 🎶

It's hard to believe we're only six days away from the June 20 Cumberland Mountain Music Show at the Cumberland Gap Convention Center. We've been seeing advance tickets come in all week, and ticket sales are already ahead of where we normally are at this point before a show. We know summer is a busy time of year, so we're grateful for the support and excited to see the enthusiasm building for this show.

We're looking forward to welcoming Special Guest Kelly Caldwell, along with Stuart Wyrick, Clint Hurd, Justin Salyer, Sawyer Blankenship, and the rest of the CMMS Band for an evening of Bluegrass, Gospel Music, Classic Country, and some mighty fine instrumentals. Gerald Mullins will be back with us as host, which means there will probably be a few laughs mixed in with the music too.

If you've been planning to come, now is a great time to grab your advance tickets. They're just $8 online compared to $10 at the door, and they help us get a better idea of what kind of crowd to expect. Most of all, we're just excited to spend another Saturday evening with friends, family, and music lovers from across the Tri-State Area.
