We’re heading to The Croswell Opera House tonight to see Come From Away, and we’re extra excited to see our amazingly talented chocolate tasting host, Maya, up on stage!

If you’re catching a performance this weekend, our recommendation is pretty simple: make a night of it, stop at Farver's at the Croswell, grab a drink and some Harvest Chocolate, then settle in for the show.

This is such a special show, and we’re really looking forward to experiencing it tonight.

You can feel the seasons gearing up to change here in Michigan, and that means a new season of chocolate is almost here, too! 🍂🍫

We’ve spent the past few months playing with ingredients we haven’t worked with in chocolate before, tasting, testing, tweaking, and figuring out which combinations deserve a spot in this year’s fall collection.

One of our favorite parts of making seasonal chocolate is finding the point where two worlds of flavor meet.

Our Dominican Republic chocolate naturally carries notes of cherry and toasted almond. Uganda brings fig, molasses, and warm spice. Ecuador leans nutty and floral.

Then the season gives us a whole new set of ingredients to play with, and we get to find the pairings that bring those flavors already hiding inside the chocolate to life in a new way.

That meeting point, between the natural flavor of the chocolate and the flavors of the changing season, is where so many of our favorite bars begin.

We turned S’mores into a whole mood! 🪵🍫

Our S’mores bar is back for the season, along with the Campfire S’mores candle we created with the wonderfully creative maker behind Erin • Bookend Candle Co..

Same cozy campfire inspiration, made two ways: one edible, one illuminating.

The season calls, and one of our all-time favorites returns!

S’mores combines our dark chocolate with classic marshmallows, toasty graham cracker and just enough smoked sea salt to give the whole thing that campfire edge.
