Located in historic downtown Tehachapi, Gallery N Gifts has been offering unique gifts for over 38 years in the same location. Tehachapi Valley Arts Association will feature Jackie Cleveland as our guest artist for September. Jackie’s work will be on exhibit from September 4, 2026 through October 1, 2026. Please join us for First Saturday, September 5, 2026, at Gallery and Gifts, 100 W Tehachapi Blvd, Tehachapi, California from 1 – 4 pm. Refreshments will be served.
As an Artist, and visual communicator, Jackie is fascinated with nature& #39;s ever changing beauty and varied textures. Naturally inspired to create visual art from a young age. Her artistic endeavor has been a life-long inner calling, and one that Jackie continues to pursue and be uplifted by. “Because no two sunsets or natural vistas are ever the same...there is always just one more stunning light show that beckons me to record the moment on canvas,” Jackie expressed.
After a 30 year career in the graphic design publishing world, Jackie retired and
currently reside in Bear Valley Springs, CA. Jackie is enjoying her freedom to explore the great outdoors and desire to follow her love of color and light, painting and participating in local art shows. Jackie’s original and main medium remains oil on canvas, but as a creative she likes to experiment with other mediums and enjoys
making eclectic mixed media collage works.
As Jackie states, “Through my art, I do wish to convey that we are not separate from mother earth, but rather, one with her. So I invite you to view my land and seascapes with appreciation and gratitude for all that Mother Earth so graciously gives to all of us each and every day in such a beautiful way!”
