Tobra Coffee Specialty Coffee Roasters On January 2013 Shane and Jessica Monroy founded Tobra Coffee. We roast to order to insure freshness and quality!

We are lifetime residents of Tekoa, Washington, which is nestled in the heart of the beautiful Palouse Region. We have two energetic boys, Toby and Braxton and thus we named our roasting company Tobra. We are meticulous about our bean selection, putting countless hours and care into individually selecting our green coffee beans from Costa Rica, Brazil, Nicaragua, Colombia, Ethiopia, Mexico, Papua

New Guinea, and Indonesia. When hand selecting our beans we make sure we are able to trace them back to there origin or farm. We choose to roast some organic and only use Fair Trade certified coffee. We keep our business fresh by continually learning and experimenting with new coffee, farmers, and roasting techniques. Initially we decided to do training with the worlds leading manufacturer of coffee roasters Steve Diedrich in Sandpoint, ID. Each bag of beans is individually sampled, roasted, and hand brewed before it enters the bulk packaging process. Our goal is to serve the Northwest with a high quality premium coffee. We also aim to create a freshly ground and locally hand-roasted cup of coffee that invigorates every palate. Tobra coffee can be purchased in 12 oz, 1lb, and 5lb bags. (Ground or Whole bean)
