The concept blends Vietnamese flavors with influences from Tien's upbringing, resulting in a menu of banh mi, pho, Vietnamese coffee, and other dishes inspired by Vietnamese-American life in the Gulf South and Mid-Atlantic.

Named after the Vietnamese phrase for "hello, friend," Chao Ban is rooted in hospitality, community, and the stories that shape how food brings people together.
