Some heroes don’t wear uniforms.

Some wake up carrying grief.
Some are battling anxiety.
Some are exhausted from taking care of everyone else.
And some are quietly supporting someone they love while carrying burdens of their own.

If that’s you…

Thank you.

Thank you for getting out of bed.
Thank you for showing up.
Thank you for choosing kindness when life has been anything but kind to you.

We want you to know something today:

It’s okay to have a great day.
You don’t have to earn joy.
You don’t have to apologize for smiling just because life has been hard.

We’re grateful you’re here.

You are exactly who Bare Minimum Heroes was created for.

❤️ Leave one burden you’re carrying.
🏆 Share one small victory from today.

You never know who needs to hear that they’re not alone.

Just making through the day is a big win for those carrying burdens no one can see. In our community you’re a hero. And you don’t need to apologize for it!

07/13/2026

Some days, progress looks like finishing a marathon.

Other days, it looks like getting out of bed.
Going to work.
Taking a shower.
Answering one text.
Making it through another day.

The world may call that “the bare minimum.”

We call it courage.

You don’t have to move fast to be moving forward. If you’re carrying grief, anxiety, exhaustion, stress, or burdens nobody else can see, every small step still counts.

Celebrate the progress that nobody applauds.

Because slow progress is still progress.

And we’re proud of you for taking it.

Some people woke up today carrying a burden so heavy they didn’t want to do anything.

Not work.

Not errands.

Not conversations.

Not even getting out of bed.

But they did.

They stood up.

They took one step. Then another.

If that’s you today, don’t overlook that victory.

The world may never see how hard today was for you, but we do.

And around here, surviving counts!

If this reminded you that you’re not alone, share it with someone who may need it today.💛

If you ever need a place to be heard, call or text the Hero Line at (480) 382-3802. Leave one burden you’re carrying and one small victory from your day. We’d love to hear from you.

Band Camp Parent. This is for you.

07/06/2026

Some parents didn’t sleep much last night.

They were calming anxious kids before their first… or fourth… day of band camp.
Talking through fears.
Drying tears.
Repeating, “You’re going to be okay.”

Then they got up, got ready for work, and carried on with their own day like nothing happened.

Nobody at work saw the night they had.
Nobody knew how exhausted they were.

But they showed up anyway.

If that’s you today…

You’re my hero.

To every parent helping their child find courage while quietly carrying your own… thank you.

First Comment:
Band camp can be exciting, stressful, emotional—or all three at once.

If you’re one of those parents today, leave a 🎺 or ❤️ so we know you’re here.
