What once was a dream, became reality yesterday. The picture on the left was taken March 4, 2021 the day before we signed the lease. Countless hours, tears of despair, tears of joy, hard work, lots of help, support, and love went into what the right picture shows. Our gratitude and our love go out to everyone who have helped us in this journey and all of our customers who came to support us. It’s hard to put into words what it felt like. Anthony said, “it felt like a dream!” Our patio we created was full, the vault room was full, people swinging with our kombucha in the swings, sitting in the loveseats, church pew tables full, and a line of people anxiously waiting in front of the bar to order. We made it. We opened a fermentation bar in Terre Haute and the community showed UP!
We are decompressing today and planning for our first regular day open on Thursday from 11-9pm. We absolutely can’t wait to serve you !
