Crazy start to our 2026 year.
This project was for the US Opens Arthur Ashe stadium in NY. We had a pretty intense schedule to Sandblast zinc prime and top coat 150,000 lbs of steel in 5 weeks time. The assemblies ranged up to 30’ in length and weighed up to 1900 lb per peice. Working two shifts and getting a little creative with our material handling we were able to meet the deadline. All of these structural assemblies will eventually make up a large portion of the stadiums seating.

Utility bridge we completed these last couple months.

The project was challenging due to the width of the trusses. A fixture was built to accommodate the sections at a 45 degree angle so they would fit in our furnace.
