📢 Suppressor Update for Our Customers
We want to provide some clarification regarding the recent suppressor lawsuit decision.
While the Silencer Shop Foundation successfully won its lawsuit against the federal government, and there has been discussion about certain suppressors potentially being transferred like a standard firearm, the ATF has not yet issued guidance or authorization allowing FFLs to bypass the Form 4 process.
At this time, we are still required to follow all current federal regulations, including the submission and approval of a Form 4 prior to transferring a suppressor to a customer. Until the ATF officially publishes updated guidance and authorizes changes to the transfer process, our procedures will remain unchanged.
We understand many customers are excited about the potential changes, and we are closely monitoring all updates as they become available. If and when the ATF issues new guidance, we will update our customers immediately and adjust our procedures accordingly.
