FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Veteran Southern Gospel Vocalist Bob Sellers Joins Four Corners Quartet as Lead Singer
WEST PLAINS, MO — Four Corners Quartet, based in Southern Missouri and Northern Arkansas, is pleased to announce the addition of veteran Southern Gospel vocalist Bob Sellers as the group’s new lead singer beginning in January 2027.
Sellers is well known throughout the Southern Gospel music industry. He spent seven years singing lead with the legendary Kingsmen Quartet, traveling extensively and lending his voice to numerous successful recordings. Prior to his tenure with The Kingsmen, Sellers spent eight years singing lead and managing The Capstone Quartet, eventually becoming the group’s owner.
In June 2018, Sellers launched his solo ministry and has continued traveling and sharing the Gospel through music. He will continue his full-time solo schedule while joining Four Corners Quartet for select dates throughout the year. Sellers currently resides in Carrollton, Alabama.
Four Corners Quartet owner and manager Andrew Eckman expressed his excitement about the addition:
“We are thrilled to welcome Bob to the Four Corners Quartet ministry. As a part-time group, we sing approximately 40–50 dates each year, making this a great fit for everyone. Bob has a genuine love for quartet music, and this gives him the opportunity to be part of the Four Corners ministry while continuing to focus on his solo career. We are excited about what the Lord has in store for this next chapter.”
Eckman also expressed his appreciation for those who have served in the lead position:
“Over the past several months, Andrew Goldman of Peach Goldman has graciously stepped in and helped us during this time of transition and our search for a new lead. We are extremely thankful for Andrew, his friendship, and his willingness to help our ministry.”
Sellers is scheduled to make his first appearance with Four Corners Quartet in January 2027.
Joining Sellers in the current Four Corners Quartet lineup are Andrew Eckman, tenor, of West Plains, Missouri; Lee Edwards, baritone, of Pulaski, Tennessee; David Watkins, bass, of Doniphan, Missouri; and Landon Farris, pianist, of Sidney, Arkansas.
In addition to welcoming Sellers to the group, Four Corners Quartet plans to return to the studio in the coming months to record a brand-new album featuring the group’s new lineup. Additional details about the project, including songs and a release date, will be announced at a later time.
Four Corners Quartet looks forward to this exciting new chapter as the group continues its mission of sharing the Gospel through Southern Gospel quartet music.
