The hurricane Monday destroyed 100’s of trees all around us leaving thousands of residence and businesses without services .A large section of Shenandoah is still without power, which includes our shop. I was finally able to go down to the shop and bring home tools and instruments to try to get some work done. We’re unable to communicate with our customers without services. As soon as services are restored, we will get back to work and communicate with customers as needed. We appreciate any patients and understanding resulting from this horrible event and we will continue to work hard behind-the-scenes..

This Father's Day, I want to honor five great men.

1st My father James K. Branin, he taught many things including how to play saxophone and work hard.

The 2nd Mac K. Miller III, My God Father, a fellow Mason and owner of American Band Instrument Service, who taught me musical instrument repair.

The 3rd Bill Everitt , my boss and owner of Universal Melody Services, DBA, Brook Mays Music, H&H Music & Fishburn Violins. He provides me the opportunity to excel in my profession providing quality repair service to student & artist musicians from all over the United States.

The 4th, saxophonist Donny Piela, my friend and Brother who believes in me and raised me in the Masonry. Donny helped me co-found the Wash-Mo Blues Society in Washington, MO .

The 5th, Royce Creech my brother Mason who lifts me up everyday! He was a repair customer for several years as a Band Director, then came to work with us at H&H Music-The Woodlands as our store manager after retiring from Band Directing after 31 years!

I am so blessed and pleased to have had these great men in my life. Happy Father's Day to each of you!
