STUDIO TEAM MEMBER
Starting Pay: $12.50/hour + tips from parties & groups
Hours: Average 18–20 hours/week, with opportunities for 25+ hours during peak seasons
Experience: None required — we train!

You don't need pottery experience.

Weekends, holidays and school breaks are our busiest times — and they are our highest staffing priority.
This position is specifically intended for someone who is available to work during those times.
Required availability includes:
• Weekends
• Holidays & holiday weekends
• Spring Break
• Summer
• Fall Break
• Thanksgiving & Winter Break
• Other peak business periods
Of course, everyone needs time off occasionally. However, if you regularly need weekends, holidays or school breaks off, this position will not be the right fit.
During the application process, we will ask you to provide all known time-off needs for your first 90 days.
OUR SHIFTS
Monday–Friday:
10am–8pm | 2pm–8pm | 4pm–8pm
Saturday:
10am–8pm
Sunday:
12pm–6pm
NO EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM.
We'll teach you the pottery side.
We're looking for the things that are much harder to teach: reliability, initiative, kindness, work ethic and a willingness to jump in wherever you're needed.
At Potteryland, this is more than “just a job.”
You'll help families celebrate birthdays, spend time together, create keepsakes and make memories all while gaining real experience working in a busy small business.
College students and adults looking for consistent part-time work are encouraged to apply.
